The Webinar Materials are provided solely for the webinar registrant’s personal use. The webinar registrant agrees not to share, distribute, copy, transmit, recompile, publish or republish the Webinar Materials, or any portion thereof, whether by written or electronic means, to any other person, except with express written permission from SEA, which may be withheld in SEA’s sole discretion. The webinar registrant acknowledges and agrees that SEA exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Webinar Materials, and that the Webinar registrant has no claim to ownership by
reason of its use of or access to this information.

The Webinar Materials reflect SEA’s current understanding and are based upon information available to SEA at the time such materials were prepared. SEA has made a good faith effort to ensure that the Webinar Materials are complete and accurate. However, SEA makes no warranties, express or implied, as to the completeness, accuracy, or the results to be obtained from use of the Webinar Materials or the information provided therein. Registrant’s use or disclosure of the Webinar Materials or any portions thereof. Webinar registrant agrees the SEA’s liability arising out of any legal claim or loss in any way connected with the Webinar Briefing shall be limited to the registration fee paid by the webinar registrant.
