The Webinar Materials are provided solely for the webinar registrant’s personal use. The webinar registrant agrees not to share, distribute, copy, transmit, recompile, publish or republish the Webinar Materials, or any portion thereof, whether by written or electronic means, to any other person, except with express written permission from SEA, which may be withheld in SEA’s sole discretion. The webinar registrant acknowledges and agrees that SEA exclusively owns all rights, title and interest in and to the Webinar Materials, and that the Webinar registrant has no claim to ownership by
